TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Boston Bay Wines. A reference to “you”, “your” or “purchaser/s” means a user of this website who may also purchase products from this website. Your access to and use of all information on the website as well as the purchase of our product/s is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of the website and by using the website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whilst the website can be viewed by the general public, all persons who purchase products from us must elect to have products sent to an Australian postal address.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
CURRENCY
All prices are in AUD Australian Dollars & all prices are GST inclusive.
PAYMENT FOR ORDERS
PayPal (includes Visa/Mastercard) is used to processes our online orders. We only accept Australian issued credit cards. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient.
COUPONS
Boston Bay Wines releases discount codes on a periodic basis for use in the wine shop. Discount codes are redeemed online and must be entered at the checkout. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases. Discount codes may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned or sold.
FREE DELIVERY
From time to time Boston Bay Wines may offer free delivery within Australia. This will be posted on our website at the time of offer.
LEGAL AGE
You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcohol from this website.

Please note that persons under 18 years of age cannot order wines, or sign, or accept delivery of wine products. You are required to acknowledge that you meet these requirements at the point of processing your transaction in the online shop.
DISPATCH POLICY
Orders are shipped using Australia Post’s Wine Delivery Service. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery from receipt of your order confirmation email. Australia Post tracking numbers are provided in shipment confirmation emails allowing you to access the Australia Post parcel tracking website where you can track you order online. In the event of extreme weather, Boston Bay Wines reserves the right to delay your order to ensure that the quality of the wine is not compromised.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. We pride ourselves in dispatching orders promptly, so to cancel you must endeavor to contact us immediately by phone or email before the goods have left our control. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with Boston Bay Wines via our website, you must inform us in writing stating your full name and quoting your order number, within 24 hours of placing the order.
You will receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with out Returns and Refunds Policy.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Shipments are insured with Australia Post only when signed for on delivery. In circumstances where a shipment is damaged or missing as verified by Australia Post, a replacement order will be shipped to you free of charge. There is no refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering. All returns require proof of purchase e.g. your receipt.
PRIVACY POLICY
We take your privacy very seriously and take every reasonable step to ensure your information is kept secure. We will use your information to process your order as requested, to personalise your online experience and to provide you with updates and special offers (if and when applicable). If you do not wish to receive any special offers from us, you may unsubscribe at any time.
